Our 2021 Estate Series Merlot
 
Having only a few rows planted of Merlot undervine on our Estate, this particular wine is only made on particular vintages where the weather gods and the growing season comes together in a perfect balance to give us enough to get to glass.
It is one of the original varieties planted when vigneron Alan Johns set out his vineyard and one of the first wines he ever made on his journey into winemaking.
 
Tasting Notes:
Red jube lollies and rich cherry fruits. Smooth and velvety mouthful, with a long lingering mocha finish.
