A limited production of a selected parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon from our estates single vineyard. The depth of colour depicts the intense rich earthy and herbal berries and subtle cedar bouquet of this classic wine. Chocolate sensations delight on the palate, with a soft structure of fruit tannins and subtle spicy oak integration, with a lingering long dry finish.

Small parcels of exceptional fruit were hand selected and hand picked.
Poured into our crusher and destemed into our small open top fermenters. Then lightly working the ferment by hand plunging daily, wetting the cap to extract a rich colour and build struture during fermentation. Before gently being pressed and moved to barrel.
Matured for 18 months in new French oak barriques, and bottle aged for 6 years. To enjoy now or with proper cellaring, the continued potential for another 8-10 years.
